2. Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.
Please note: occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@puregridliving.com.
For damaged packages, include photos of the packaging and product so we can process a replacement or refund promptly.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.
Return shipping is free and covered by PureGridLiving.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
